This vector  contains enhanced blue fluorescent protein - EBFP- driven by cytomegalovirus (CMV) promoter for high level expression in mammalian cells.

The multiple cloning site (MCS) is located at C terminus. This enables the generation of N-terminal EBFP fusion proteins, allowing researchers to monitor protein expression, intracellular localization, and cellular dynamics using fluorescence microscopy and live-cell imaging.

Plasmid carries ampicillin resistance for bacterial selection and neomycin resistance for stable selection with G418 in eukaryotic cells.
