Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods
We currently ship lyophilized plasmid DNA using 2-day shipping through our selected carrier.
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Packaging
Plasmid DNA is supplied in lyophilized (dried) form and is packaged to protect the material during normal shipping conditions.
Unless otherwise specified, shipments are made at ambient temperature.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before they can be reshipped.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is:
- lost in transit,
- arrives visibly damaged, or
- is missing items,
please contact us within 7 days of the carrier's recorded delivery date at support@regenitus.com, including your order number and photographs (if applicable)
We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and determine an
appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Delivery
Once an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided and delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer
