4. Ordering and Payment

Orders are subject to acceptance by Regenitus Biosciences. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated and are subject to change without notice.

Payment must be received before products are shipped.

Applicable taxes, duties, or other governmental charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

5. Shipping

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Estimated delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of biological materials, all sales are final unless:

  • the incorrect product was shipped;
  • the product was damaged during shipment; or
  • the product does not conform to its published specifications.

Requests regarding shipping damage or product issues must be submitted within the time period stated in our Return Policy.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • use products only for lawful research purposes;
  • follow all applicable handling and storage instructions;

Our total liability for any claim relating to a product shall not exceed the purchase price paid for that product.
