EGFP-N1 Mammalian Expression Plasmid (pReg-CMV-EGFP-N1-v4)
Catalog ID: pReg-CMV-EGFP-N1-v4
This vector is designed for robust constitutive expression of Enhanced Green Fluorescent Protein (EGFP) in a wide range of mammalian cell types.
EGFP expression is driven by the human cytomegalovirus (CMV) immediate-early promoter.
The multiple cloning site (MCS) is located at the N-terminus. This enables the generation of C-terminal EGFP fusion proteins, allowing researchers to monitor protein expression, intracellular localization, and cellular dynamics using fluorescence microscopy and live-cell imaging.
Plasmid contains kanamycin resistance for bacterial selection and neomycin resistance for stable selection with G418 in eukaryotic cells.
Ideal for transient and stable transfection experiments in a broad range of mammalian cell lines.
Total vector size is 4732 bp.
Research Use Only (RUO).
